    PROFESSIONAL BACKGROUND

    Olivia C. Voleta joined The Law Office of Tiffany M. Hughes, P.C. in 2023 as an Associate Attorney. Olivia strives to bring trust and comfort to all clients. She actively listens to a client’s goals, concerns, and needs and has their best interests every step of the way. Hoping to bring ease at a difficult time, she is always prepared, passionate, and keeps her clients informed throughout the entirety of their proceedings. She discusses all potential options for and with her clients and provides in-depth information and explanations to the legal process at hand.

    Desiring to attend a Big Ten University, Olivia graduated from Michigan State University with a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration and thereafter attended and graduated from Michigan State University College of Law with her Juris Doctor. While attending Michigan State University College of Law, Olivia was awarded the Jurisprudence Achievement Award in Advocacy and was an extern at a local law firm. During the summer of 2012, Olivia spent her time clerking at mid-sized family law firm in downtown Chicago where she was able to gain the knowledge of and experience in a variety of family law matters, thereon sparking her interest to dedicate her career to the same.

    Prior to joining The Law Office of Tiffany M. Hughes, P.C. Olivia started her professional legal career at a large corporation in downtown Chicago as a Staff Attorney providing legal assistance in various areas of the law to a multitude of different companies, including Fortune 500 companies. After wanting to focus her concentration on family law and be in the courtroom, Olivia became an Associate Attorney at a boutique law firm in Lombard, Illinois. She primarily represented clients and handled matters in divorce, child support, parental allocation time and responsibilities, and parentage court. Furthermore, she assisted with and represented clients in criminal defense, traffic, and expungement matters. Olivia later joined a firm in St. Charles as an Associate Attorney continuing her practice in domestic relations and criminal defense. There, Olivia began maintaining a larger volume of cases, with an emphasis in divorce and parentage cases which contained complex litigation. Although Olivia has extensive experience litigating in DuPage, Kane, Kendall, Cook, Will, Lake, and DeKalb counties, Olivia believes that settlement should be at the forefront and priority of any matter.
