Brittany Hines joined The Law Offices of Tiffany M. Hughes in 2018 as a family law attorney.  Prior to joining the firm, Brittany worked at a family law boutique law firm in Chicago.  While in Law School, Brittany served as a judicial extern in the Circuit Court of Cook County for the Honorable Judge Kelley where she obtained valuable insight into the workings of the judicial system.  Additionally, she volunteered her time at the Domestic Violence Court House, assisting self-represented individuals obtain Emergency Orders of Protection. Brittany also used her 711 law license to participate in the Legal Clinic at DePaul University College of Law, where she reached favorable outcomes for her clients in a variety of matters.

Brittany has participated in every aspect of a case, from the initial filing of a petition to a complete trial.  She understands the complex nature of the court system and is able to walk clients through the entire process to help them better understand their case.

Brittany recognizes that every case is different and prides herself on offering her clients practical solutions to extremely complex situations.  She works closely with her clients to help them evaluate their goals and provides realistic advice regarding how best to achieve those objectives.
