Leslie Fusinato is an Associate Attorney at The Law Office of Tiffany M. Hughes, P.C., where she has exclusively practiced family and matrimonial law since joining the firm in 2026. She represents clients throughout Illinois in a broad range of family law matters, including divorce, allocation of parental responsibilities, parenting time, child support, maintenance, parentage, post decree matters, and other domestic relations issues. Leslie is committed to providing thoughtful legal guidance, practical solutions, and compassionate advocacy while helping clients navigate difficult family transitions.

Prior to joining the firm, Leslie served as a Staff Attorney for a Chicagoland nonprofit legal services organization and previously clerked for a family law firm in the Chicagoland area. Through these experiences, she represented clients in both amicable and highly contested dissolutions of marriage involving complex property division, parenting disputes, and parentage matters. Leslie’s trauma informed approach allows her to effectively advocate for clients while remaining sensitive to the personal challenges often associated with family law litigation.

Leslie has experience representing clients throughout every stage of a family law matter, from the initial filing of a case through discovery, negotiation, mediation, hearings, and settlement. She understands that every family and every case presents unique circumstances and works closely with her clients to develop individualized strategies designed to achieve their goals while providing realistic guidance throughout the legal process.

Outside of the office, Leslie enjoys spending time with her husband and their four rescue pit bulls.
